Can you customise or change the product for me?
Most likely! We design and create certain products from scratch. Text, colours, number of colours etc can be changed.
What is the turn around time on products?
We have some products available for immediate collection/shipment, while others will be made for your order. Please get in touch if you need a gift urgently and we can check what is available for immediate collection or shipment. Most other products will be available in 2-3 days.
What are your products made from?
Most products are made from PLA also known as Polylactic acid. PLA is a thermoplastic monomer derived from renewable, organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane.
Products intended for outdoor use are made from PETG. Polyethylene terephthalate glycol, has better resistance to heat, chemicals, and UV.
What colours are available?
Most of our decor and indoor products are printed in Bambu Labs PLA Matte, which is available in 17 colours. See the colour swatches below.
Mistakes
We rarely ship a wrong order. However, if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you. If for any reason your
 order is incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible (within 14 days) so that we can fix your order.
